Q - I did not receive the link
A – First, see if the email is not in the Spam or Trash folders. But also, sometimes, the servers take more time to deliver emails, so be patient. If you didn’t receive the email after one hour, please email to Pat (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Q – I received the link but it doesn’t work.
Q- I received the link but I can’t complete the download.
A – Although our files are compressed, they are large files. Although this is not a frequent problem, we noticed that for some Customers, this issue happens because some IPs have bandwidth / service / download limitations or sometimes there is a router restriction. If you experience download issues, please send an email to Pat explaining the issue (email@example.com). If possible, include a screenshot of the problem.
Q – I bought a collection / an eBook last week. I tried to download my purchase today, but the link doesn’t work.
A – Our download links are active for 48 hours so, we suggest to download the files ASAP. If your link is expired, please email to Pat (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll send you another link.
